Apex Media is a branding, web design, and digital marketing studio based in Portugal. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Apex Media; references to “you” or “the client” mean the person or business using our website or services.

We provide brand design, web design and development, social media management, and paid advertising services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are agreed in a separate proposal or quote before work begins.

Any estimate or proposal is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices are agreed in writing before work starts. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit may be required to begin a project, with the balance due on the agreed schedule or on completion.

Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled.

You agree to provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.

You confirm that any materials you supply (logos, images, text, etc.) do not infringe the rights of any third party.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, etc.) remain subject to their own licenses.

The number of revision rounds included is defined in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, analytics, payment, advertising networks, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties.

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in effect.
